My Online Shopping Experience

1. What platform did you use?

• The platform that I used to purchase the product was TikTok Shop.

2. What product did you purchase? 

• The product that I purchased was a pair of TWS KY8 earbuds.

3. What are their payment options? Among the options, which one did you use? Why? 

• The modes of payment are cash on delivery (COD), digital/mobile wallet, and credit card. Since I rarely go home, I used the digital or online wallet through Gcash as payment so that my sister would just receive the package without worrying about the money for payment.

4. What factors affect your purchasing decision? 

1. Price: Since the product is on sale (80% off), it is much cheaper than its original price (from 1,000 pesos to 199 pesos only).

2. Features: It has interesting features such as noise cancellation, wireless, touch control, and an LED battery digital display that indicates the current battery percentage of the earbuds.

3. Freebies: It has freebies such as a silicon case, a lanyard, and gaming sleeves.

5. How do you assess your experience?

• I placed my order on April 24, 2024, and the package arrived on April 30, 2024. It arrived earlier than expected, considering that it is from Mainland China. The product has a lot of features, as well as freebies. Also, it doesn’t have defects or damage. All in all, I think that the product is worth the price.
