Activity 3.2: Reflection

 Essentially Essential Software

There are a bunch of existing software programs out there. However, these three are a must-have for me:

  1. Google Drive

  • Storage: serves as file storage (15 GB of cloud storage).

  • Accessible: stored files can be accessed on any device.

  • Collaborative: allows you to upload, download, and share files with other people.

  1. Google Docs

  • Convenience: allows you to write essays, projects, and outputs with ease.

  • Collaborative: enables users to share links and work on a document at the same time.

  • Accessible: Google Docs has an offline feature that allows you to edit files offline, especially during a sudden power outage or slow internet connection.

  1. Canva

  • Accessibility:

  1. access to numerous templates for your presentations, journals, brochures, infographics, etc.

  2. access to a variety of elements to enhance your template designs.

  • Collaborative: enables users to edit and create projects synchronously.

As schoolwork is mostly assigned in groups, these three have been my trusted software as they enable collaboration. This allows numerous people to access and work on the same file at the same time, making the work on a project continuous and efficient.
